Robots: Power Pong Robots, Oukei Robots, Y&T Robots, Butterfly Robots, IPONG Robots, and Paddle Palace Robots are protected by a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years. If you want to return a perfectly-working robot, the cost to deliver the robot to you will be deducted from the refund amount. Some robot brands carry a restocking fee. Power Pong robots can be returned within 10 days.

Tables: The warranty period can be found on the respective product pages. Tables cannot be returned.

Custom-Made Rackets: These are orders of blades and rubber sheets that you ask to be assembled. Due to the personalized nature of custom rackets, refunds or order cancellations are not offered once assembly has begun.

All Other Items: There is no official manufacturer warranty on other items such as blades and rubbers but if a product broke within a reasonable time of your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, you may be compensated. You can return any item, except custom-made rackets, Power Pong robots and tables, within 30 days of your purchase, provided that the item is still in brand new condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
